Why aren’t my players’ scores showing up on the correct games?

Go into the Games page and click on the correct game to open the settings.

First, make sure that the Schedule is set to start and end at the correct time. Scores are recorded to the Stats page any time they are made, but only apply to a game if they are made while the game is active.

Second, if it is a Classic game, make sure that you have entered goals for each of the Trackables selected for the game. The Scoreboard needs Goals to register products.

Then, click on the Roster tab and make sure a team/teams or players are assigned to the game. If there are 0 players or teams assigned, the game cannot register any scores.

Finally, be sure that Players are logging in as themselves. If they are logged in under an Admin’s email, for example, the Scores will not be attached to the correct name.
