Click on it, and then select Settings from the drop down. This opens your Settings page, where you can change your Email and Password and your Profile Picture, all with easy, user friendly widgets. Just click on that gray placeholder again and you will be able to select an image from you computer. If you want it to look just right, make sure it’s close to the right size (200×200 pixels). Otherwise the image will automatically be cropped square.
