This can be activities, such as referrals, calls made, or different kinds of conversations. Or production, such as quotes and policies. If you can think of a name for it, you can track it! Now you can also track any sort of value/currency – such as premium or commission. See our article here on setting up Value trackables. You can easily add, edit, and delete them at any time from the Trackable page.
