No, really – this is the problem a surprising percentage of the time. If you entered the address incorrectly, check out our article here on how to fix it.
Second, have your player check their spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes emails get bumped in there by mistake. Business emails especially can be more particular about which emails get put in spam. This is one reason we often recommend the use of personal over business emails for Scoreboard.
If it’s not there, try resending the email. You can do this by opening up the player’s profile and scrolling to the bottom where you will see a link that says Resend Confirmation Email.
If this still does not work, send us an email and we can resend the original confirmation from our end.
