Click on the player’s name to open their profile, scroll to the bottom, and move the Active tab to the Inactive position. This way you are not charged for the player and their profile will be deactivated. Then just re-enter their name and the correct email address. If you want us to delete the incorrect address, send us an email and we can do that for you.
