If you can, let us know the reason you are cancelling, as it helps us to know what our users are looking for and why they might be moving on. We ask for AT LEAST A WEEK to process a cancellation. If you email us the day before your billing cycle is supposed to run again, we make ABSOLUTELY NO guarantees to cancel in that time frame. We cannot refund payments that have already been made.
