Create Your API Key

To get started, visit the 'Integrations' tab of your ScoreboardBuzz dashboard. Here you will be able to generate your API key. This key is required to use ScoreboardBuzz in Zapier

Click Create API Key to generate your key

Note: This key is sensitive, do not expose it publicly or share your API key

 

Your API key will be displayed in the window, click 'Reveal' to view your API key

Once you have generated your key, head on over to Zapier. If you do not have a Zapier account, you can sign up for one here

Connect Your Zapier Account To ScoreboardBuzz

Log in to Zapier and click on 'App Connections' to view your connected apps. This is where you will connect to not only ScoreboardBuzz, but your other integrations as well. Click 'Add Connection'

Type "Scoreboard" into the search bar to find our ScoreboardBuzz Integration

Click on our integration and a pop out window will appear that will prompt you for your API key we generated earlier. Ensure your browser allows pop up windows, Zapier serves the authentication window on a pop-up. Paste your API key into this window and click 'Yes, Continue to Scoreboard Buzz'

Zapier will authenticate your ScoreboardBuzz account and you're ready to go! You can now use your ScoreboardBuzz account in your Zapier workflows. Connect to over 8,000 Apps and AI tools all from Zapier's zap window. Some ideas to get started:

  • Connect your ScoreboardBuzz account to Slack to get a channel message when someone scores
  • Connect ScoreboardBuzz to Salesforce to automatically log activity
  • Connect Calendly to ScoreboardBuzz to get an alert every time a new appointment is scheduled on your calendar
